Examples of real tasks: • Redesign the Rolling Retention methodology in the personal account. • Design A/B tests for push notifications and evaluate their contribution to engagement and LTV. • Evaluate: which blog articles actually motivate users to return, and which ones "create noise"? • Determine the vector: which hypothesis needs to be tested next — develop the registration funnel or delve deeper into feature usage patterns.

We are looking for you, if you: • Have 2+ years in analytics, confidently know SQL, understand statistics, and want your A/B tests and research to change the product, not gather dust in reports. • Can see the behavior of real people, parents worried about their children, and the business meaning behind the numbers. • Want your hypotheses to make it into the backlog, not just sit on the shelf.

What we offer: 💰 Salary from 200,000 rub. to 300,000 rub. (discussed individually). 🌍 Office (St. Petersburg, Perm, Belgrade) or remote, if you have experience with mobile B2C apps with subscription monetization. 🧘 Care: Compensation for training, English, and sports.
