⚠️Requirements:
- Citizenship and location in the Russian Federation.
- Commercial experience in product analytics from 4 years for middle+, from 5 years for senior❗️
- Mandatory experience of regular use of AI tools to accelerate task completion (describe in your resume where you used them, why, what results, for what tasks). If you have only used AI for 2 months - you will not pass❗️
- Independence, proactivity, adequacy
- Product thinking and analytical foundation
- Commercial experience in product analytics from 4 years for middle+, from 5 years for senior
- Excellent SQL proficiency and understanding of analytical data storage principles
- Understanding of product metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, Retention, etc.)
- Experience in conducting product research
- Basic understanding of statistics and A/B testing
Building a product analytics system
- Experience in designing events and product analytics
- Building a unified system of product metrics
- Implementing processes for working with analytics
- Setting requirements for tracking and quality control of data
- Participation in selecting the analytical stack and developing DWH
- Partnership with PO
- Independent search for growth points
- Designing events and preparing technical specifications
- Control over the correctness of analytical markup
- Joint decision-making on A/B tests
- Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or analogs.
- Automation of research and SQL writing.
- Creation of internal tools and MVPs using AI.
- Ability to achieve results using AI.
- Independent process building.
- Responsibility for results.
- Working with product, developers, and data engineers.
- Experience in FinTech or financial markets.
- Experience in building analytics from scratch.
- Python or another language for automation.
- Experience in selecting analytical tools.
- Experience in launching new products

Remote work.
Salary range up to 230k rubles net.
