📌About the Project:
The company creates and implements innovative IT solutions for processing financial data, preparing deep analytics, and delivering content to end-users.
Project: The analytical portal provides clients with prompt access to professional research, macroeconomic, industry, and corporate analytics, as well as tools for preparing and publishing their own reports. The platform supports the use of custom models for analysis and forecasting, the creation of interactive dashboards with updated data, and in the future – real-time information delivery.
🔺Requirements:
- Commercial experience in product analytics of 4+ years;
- Excellent SQL skills and understanding of analytical data storage and organization principles;
- Deep understanding of key product metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, Retention, etc.) and experience in using them for decision-making;
- Experience in conducting product research and identifying growth points based on data;
- Basic knowledge of statistics, A/B testing principles, and experiment result interpretation;
- Experience in designing an event model and building a product analytics system;
- Skill in forming and developing a unified system of product metrics;
- Experience in implementing processes for working with product analytics and improving the quality of analytical culture;
- Ability to formulate requirements for analytical tracking, control the correctness of analytical markup, and the quality of collected data;
- Experience in selecting and developing an analytical stack, including DWH development;
- Experience in close collaboration with Product Owners and participation in product decision-making;
- Independent task setting for event design, preparation of technical specifications, and support for analytics implementation;
- Collaborative work with the team on planning, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests;
- Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) in workflows;
- Application of AI for automating research, writing SQL queries, creating internal tools, MVPs, and increasing personal efficiency;
- Ability to effectively use AI to achieve practical results, not just content generation;
- Ability to independently build processes and take responsibility for the final outcome;
- Experience in effective interaction with the product team, developers, and data engineers;
- Developed critical thinking, proactivity, independence, and high learning speed.
➕Will be a plus:
- Experience in FinTech or financial markets;
- Experience in building analytics from scratch;
- Python or another automation language;
- Experience in selecting analytical tools;
- Experience in launching new products.
