we expect
- Proactivity and willingness to independently research the product and bring forth ideas;
- Experience in product analytics with a mobile application for 2-3 years;
- Confident knowledge and proficiency in SQL and Python, ability to work with large volumes of data, writing complex queries, optimization;
- Data visualization skills;
- Ability to identify target metrics, understand their interrelationships, and explain certain changes in your product in simple terms;
- Experience with A/B tests: from developing hypotheses to analyzing results;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to find simple solutions for complex problems, the ability to explain complex things simply, and the ability to present results.
your responsibilities will include
- Analyzing customer behavior and identifying growth areas for product improvement;
- Designing and implementing metrics to evaluate the impact of product changes;
- Conducting research;
- Conducting A/B tests, testing hypotheses, and searching for new development opportunities;
- Developing clear dashboards and reports so that results are accessible to the team and stakeholders;
- Working together with product managers, marketers, and technical specialists, helping to make data-driven decisions.
