Hello everyone!
I recently joined the Yandex Lavka team as the Advertising Analytics Lead and am now actively looking for strong middle+ analysts to join my team.
The advertising market and e-commerce as a whole are growing very rapidly right now, so advertising in Lavka is one of the most interesting and fastest-growing areas. We are scaling the advertising platform, launching new mechanics and products, setting ambitious goals for the coming year, and therefore actively expanding the team.
We have many tasks at the intersection of product analytics, monetization, ML, auctions, and experiments: — development of advertising mechanics and placements — analytics of auctions and ML models — A/B tests and product research — advertising economics and monetization efficiency — finding a balance between revenue, GMV, and user experience
I want to say separately about the team — we have a cool atmosphere, a high pace, a lot of freedom and opportunities to influence the product and grow with the team.
