Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of analysts (from 3 people): task grooming, sprint planning, and 1-on-1 meetings.
• Developing team members through code reviews and individual tracks.
• Validation of analysts' solutions, assistance in solving complex problems.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in product analytics.
• 1+ year of team management.
• Understanding of operational processes and logistics.
• Experience with A/B testing and interpretation of results.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
