Title: C# Developer (RPA project)

Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of robots in C#;
- Automation of SAP through SAP GUI Scripting;
- Automation of desktop and web applications;
- Designing resilient scenarios: exception handling, retries, fault recovery;
- Preparation of technical documentation for the process and handover of the robot for maintenance.
Requirements:
- C#/.NET development experience of 5+ years. Confident work in Visual Studio, async/await, multithreading, structured exception handling;
- Practical experience in UI automation: desktop - UI Automation, MSAA, WinAPI, FlaUI or similar (working with element trees, windows, focus, clipboard);
- Knowledge of XML, JavaScript (basic knowledge), HTML/CSS, DOM models (for browser automation solutions);
- Version control systems Git/TFS, participation in code reviews;
- Ability to write technical documentation: process regulations, exception map, maintenance instructions.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in terminal and RDP sessions: understanding why a UI robot fails in a minimized window or in a locked session, and how to overcome it;
- Windows Service, task schedulers, working with an orchestrator;
- Experience in any RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, PIX, Primo) – as domain knowledge;
- Experience developing with AI assistants (Cursor, Cline, Claude Code, Copilot): ability to decompose a task so that the agent produces a correct result, maintain project rules and context, review generated code and take responsibility for it.
