System Analyst

☑️ Responsibilities
- Collection of business requirements, their clarification
- Formation of feature content and preliminary assessment for implementation
- Preparation of technical specifications and task decomposition
- Participation in the architecture and design of solutions
- Demonstrating solutions to customers, collecting feedback
- Agreement on requirements, implementation principles, and solutions with the customer and team members
- Development of the internal product knowledge base
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- System thinking and ability to work with complex solutions
- Excellent communication skills — oral and written
- Experience in writing functional requirements, technical specifications, user stories
- Proficiency in methods for collecting and describing requirements, and their validation
- Experience with collaborative work systems: JIRA, Redmine, Confluence
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN/EPC
- Ability to assess and minimize risks
- Ability to independently dive into the subject area and find experts
- Skills in managing customer expectations
- Higher technical education (will be a plus)
- Basic understanding of the principles of network equipment and computer networks (will be a plus)
