What you will do
- Execute creator campaigns from initial briefing and budget allocation to delivery and retrospective analysis.
- Collaborate with game teams to translate their objectives into effective, high-impact creator campaigns.
- Identify and build long-term relationships with creators who authentically fit the game's brand.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs for multiple simultaneous campaigns.
- Align paid creator work with the organic creator program to ensure a sustainable growth path.
- Utilize performance data to optimize campaigns and refine the game playbooks.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in influencer or creator marketing specifically for mobile games.
- Existing network and deep understanding of gaming platforms and creator landscapes.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance daily productivity and solve challenges.
- Strong project management skills to juggle multiple timelines and budgets.
- Ability to use performance data to drive decision-making and storytelling.
- English: Great written and spoken communication required
- Location: Based in Finland, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain or willing to relocate

- Experience working with A-list celebrity creators and talent agencies.
- Hands-on experience across multiple regions (e.g., EMEA, NA, or LATAM).
