VACANCY: Head of Analytics ⤵️

We are a fast-growing iGaming product operating across Tier-1 markets and serving millions of users worldwide.

We are seeking a strategic Head of Analytics to lead our analytical team, own our data architecture, and translate complex data into business growth.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

• Define, track, and analyze core product & business metrics. • Manage and scale our analytical team to maintain high output quality. • Design robust ETL workflows with Data Engineers and build high-impact dashboards (LTV/CAC, cohorts, retention). • Provide data-driven insights directly to executive leadership.

📊 Requirements:

• Strong, proven expertise in product and business metrics. You know exactly how to measure user behaviour, LTV, retention, and monetization. • Deep conceptual understanding of data infrastructure and ETL/ELT processes. • 4+ years in Data/Product Analytics, with some experience in leading teams or mentoring analysts. • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and web/product analytics tools. • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate raw data into clear, business-oriented narratives. • English (B1). Proficiency in Ukrainian will be a strong asset for smooth day-to-day collaboration.
