We are looking for a Prompt Engineer / LLM Engineer to help apply Generative AI to solve real business problems.
What you will be doing
- Developing and optimizing prompts for LLMs.
- Testing AI tools and new models.
- Identifying use cases for AI and automation within the company.
- Creating and improving AI workflows for business tasks.
- Analyzing the quality of model responses and increasing their effectiveness.
- Interacting with business and technical teams.
- Independently proposing and implementing AI solutions.
What is important
- Practical experience with LLM / Generative AI / Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalents.
- Ability to independently seek solutions and quickly test hypotheses.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Experience in a startup / product company will be a big plus.
- Experience with Python, API, RAG, AI Agents is an advantage.
- Experience in fintech / payments / blockchain is a plus.
