Presales Manager | Technical Company Representative

Format: remote + business trips to clients Employment UAE, salary $ English language - fluent

We specialize in supplying and implementing high-tech laser solutions for industry: laser sources and components, welding, cutting, cladding, hardening, and other material processing systems. Our projects range from single installations to comprehensive turnkey solutions for machine building, the oil and gas industry, construction, electronics, and other sectors.

Requirements: Higher technical education (laser technology, optics, photonics, instrumentation, electronics, automation, mechatronics, or related fields).

• 2-3 years of work experience in positions such as: technical presales, application engineer, process/project engineer for laser or related technological complexes, industrial equipment engineer.
• Understanding of the operating principles of laser sources (fiber, solid-state, UV, IR, etc.), optics, scanning, and positioning systems.
• Ability to read technical documentation, diagrams, specifications; skill in formulating technical requirements and technical sections of commercial proposals.
• Confident communication with technical specialists and managers, ability to "translate" complex technical matters into business language.
• Readiness for business trips to clients, testing sites, exhibitions, and industry events.

Conditions: Base salary + high sales percentage (no cap).
