SDR / Lead Generation Specialist

to drive business growth across the MENA and Europe regions
Your Mission:
Become a key player in our expansion by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your primary goal is to connect with decision-makers and schedule high-quality demos for our ERP consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted prospecting to identify potential clients across MENA and Europe.
- Reach out to key decision-makers (C-level, Heads of Finance, Operations, Sales) via multi-channel outreach.
- Craft and send personalized outbound messages (email, LinkedIn).
- Make 40-60 cold calls per day in English.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
We Expect You To Have:
- C1+ level of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- A second language: Russian OR Arabic OR Hindi (mandatory).
- Proven confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
- From 6 months of experience in an SDR, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales role.
- Strong skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
