Another vacancy for Lead Generation Specialist.
We are an ambitious IT company that helps businesses strengthen their teams and implement projects through outstaffing and outsourcing services. We are currently growing rapidly, expanding our client base, and therefore looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help build an effective process for attracting new clients.

Responsibilities:
- ✅ Search for companies that might be interested in IT outstaffing and outsourcing services.
- ✅ Analyze the market, identify target companies, and find decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, HR Directors, department heads, business owners, etc.).
- ✅ Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
- ✅ Work with LinkedIn, email, and other search and engagement channels.
- ✅ Prepare personalized messages and establish initial contact with potential clients.
- ✅ Schedule meetings for the sales manager.
- ✅ Maintain data accuracy.
- ✅ Test new search channels, hypotheses, and engagement tools.
- ✅ Analyze work results and propose ideas to improve lead generation efficiency.
We expect:
- Lead Generation experience of 3+ years.
- Experience in searching for B2B clients, preferably in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, IT services, or SaaS.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and modern search tools.
- Skills in finding contact information and working with various information sources.
- Experience conducting cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and Email.
- Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and funnel building principles.
- Independence, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience working in an IT outsourcing or outstaffing company.
- Proficiency with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Hunter, Phantombuster, or similar services.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Bitrix24, or similar).
- Understanding of the software development market specifics.
