We are a product studio that serially launches technology businesses. We don't wait for the "perfect moment," but quickly test ideas with the market.
We are looking for individuals who value speed, hate bureaucracy, and want to see real results from their actions. Currently, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative to organize our inbound lead flow.
What you will be doing:
- Prospecting and Search (Outbound): Independently create lists of companies based on ICP and find contacts (Decision Makers).
- Tool Stack: Work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, Snov.io. Search for relevant contacts in Telegram chats and professional communities.
- Segmentation: Divide the database into narrow segments (e.g., Fintech vs. Retail) and adapt the offer to the pain points of a specific niche.
- Multi-channel Outreach: Build sequences of touchpoints. These are not spam campaigns, but a personalized approach: targeted Emails + Social Selling (LinkedIn/TG).
- Qualification (BANT): Check leads against criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). Your task is to filter out non-target leads and nurture promising ones.
- Schedule Demos: Your main KPI is not just a conversation, but a scheduled and completed meeting between the client and the Sales Manager.
- CRM Hygiene: Record the entire history of interactions and client insights so that the Sales Manager comes to the meeting as prepared as possible.
We expect you to:
- Have experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS/IT).
- Know English at a B2-C1 level.
- Understand the difference between "selling a product" and "selling a meeting."
- Be proficient in using search and outreach automation tools.
- Write and speak grammatically correctly: be able to compose an email that people will want to read to the end.
- Be disciplined: systematically manage your CRM and adhere to follow-ups.
