Role Summary:

Generate qualified leads (Founders, CEOs, CMOs, E-com Directors) through cold multichannel outreach. Your main offer: a free AI fitting room pilot with 200 try-ons and integration in 1 day. The goal is to schedule demo calls and pilot launches for the deal closing team. LOOKSY.TECH implements virtual fitting rooms for ecom brands and develops AI agents for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Build precise lists of decision-makers using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Outreach: Launch personalized cold email and LinkedIn message sequences.
• Qualification: Evaluate leads using BANT/MEDDIC frameworks and check for ICP compliance.
• CRM: Maintain strict hygiene in AmoCRM (record every touchpoint and status).

Requirements (Must-have):

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SDR/BDR (SaaS, MarTech, or E-commerce).
• Apollo.io Expert: advanced filters, email verification, multi-step sequence setup, deliverability control.
• LinkedIn Sales Nav: finding decision-makers, social selling, and outreach without account blocking risks.
• English B2/C1+: impeccable business correspondence and spoken language.
• Self-discipline, stress resistance, metric and data-driven orientation.
