Sales Manager (B2B, SaaS, fashion e-commerce)

About Us Looksy is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform for fashion e-commerce. Our widget integrates into a brand's website, allowing customers to try on clothes, accessories, and glasses before purchasing — this reduces returns and increases conversion. We have 15 paying clients and zero churn. We are currently scaling and looking for our first full-time salesperson to join the team.

What You Will Do

• Independently search for and qualify leads — fashion brands and e-commerce retailers in Russia, CIS, UAE, and other markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from the first contact to the signed contract.
• Build an outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, email, and messengers.
• Conduct product demos and handle objections.
• Share market insights with the team.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience — preferably in SaaS, tech, or fashion/e-commerce.
• Ability to independently build a pipeline, not waiting for hot leads.
• Russian and English at a negotiation level.
• Understanding of e-commerce: conversion, returns, GMV — no need to explain from scratch.

Will Be a Plus

• Sales experience in the UAE or GCC markets.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup.

• Base salary upon KPI achievement + revenue commission with no cap.
