Sales Manager (B2B, SaaS, fashion e-commerce)
About Us
Looksy is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform for fashion e-commerce. Our widget integrates into a brand's website, allowing customers to try on clothes, accessories, and glasses before purchasing — this reduces returns and increases conversion. We have 15 paying clients and zero churn. We are currently scaling and looking for our first full-time salesperson to join the team.
What You Will Do
- Independently search for and qualify leads — fashion brands and e-commerce retailers in Russia, CIS, UAE, and other markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from the first contact to the signed contract.
- Build an outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, email, and messengers.
- Conduct product demos and handle objections.
- Share market insights with the team.
Who We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience — preferably in SaaS, tech, or fashion/e-commerce.
- Ability to independently build a pipeline, not waiting for hot leads.
- Russian and English at a negotiation level.
- Understanding of e-commerce: conversion, returns, GMV — no need to explain from scratch.
Will Be a Plus
- Sales experience in the UAE or GCC markets.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup.
Conditions
- Fully remote, any country.
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Base salary upon KPI achievement + revenue commission with no cap.
