We are looking for a Sales Manager at Kozyk Consultancy

Kozyk Consultancy is a consulting company in Dubai. We help entrepreneurs and businesses with relocation and scaling in the UAE: company registration, licenses, residence visas, bank accounts, mortgages, accounting, and taxes.

Who we are looking for: • a sales manager with at least 1 year of experience; • with strong communication and negotiation skills; • fluent in Russian and proficient in English; • a person who knows how to not just process applications, but also build a funnel, find opportunities, and close deals; • ready to work from our office in Dubai.

What you will do: • search for and attract clients through various channels; • conduct consultations online and offline; • identify client needs and offer suitable solutions; • manage the deal until closing: proposal, negotiation, contract; • hand over the client to the team and record work in CRM.

Will be a plus: • experience in consulting, business setup, real estate, finance, or legal; • understanding of the UAE market: free zones, mainland, visas, banks; • experience with HubSpot or other CRMs.
