We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our LENKEP Recruitment team!
We are an international recruitment agency that helps companies in the Crypto, FinTech, iGaming, Affiliate, and High-Risk sectors find top specialists worldwide.
Now we are looking for someone who will help us develop new partnerships, build long-term relationships with clients, and scale the business.
📌 Your responsibilities will include:
- Finding and attracting new B2B clients;
- Conducting meetings and presentations of the agency's services;
- Building long-term relationships with clients and developing the existing base;
- Managing the full sales cycle: from the first contact to signing the contract;
- Preparing commercial proposals and participating in negotiations;
- Interacting with the recruitment team for successful project launches;
- Maintaining CRM and sales reporting;
- Attending international conferences;
- Achieving individual KPIs and participating in the development of the company's commercial direction.

📌 What we are looking for in you:
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience;
- Experience selling services in a recruitment agency or HR Tech will be a big advantage;
- English language proficiency from B2 level is a must (for communicating with international clients);
- Residing in one of the European countries;
- Experience in conducting negotiations with decision-makers;
- Ability to independently search for clients and build long-term relationships;
- High level of communication, initiative, and result orientation;
- Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
