Pragmatica is a design team with strong managers. We create digital design for products and corporations, working with VK, Yandex, Sber, Alfa, and others. Who we are looking for and why

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a similar role.

To ensure growth in our client base and an increase in the studio's revenue through targeted search, attraction, and conversion of new clients, as well as building strategic partnership channels.

The main result of the role: new targeted contacts, quality dialogues, accumulation of insights, commercial opportunities, and new contracts.

What to do

Search for relevant companies and people, monitor signals and opportunities for engagement, study the company's context, formulate hypotheses about how to approach them, write to people and develop the dialogue, rather than sending single messages.

Qualify interest, understand how the client's team is structured, what is happening currently, and where Pragmatica can be useful. Record context, insights, and next steps in the CRM, convert interest into a tangible opportunity, and involve the right people within Pragmatica. Test new segments, offers, and approaches with the team.

The person will work alongside business development, leaders, and account managers of the units.

What is important to us

• Experience in digital, design agencies, or consulting, a relevant network in large companies, and experience working with large Russian B2B clients.
• Experience in the Russian market
• Be curious about the client's business, be able to ask good questions, and understand the context beyond the initial request.
• Ability to handle a long sales cycle and re-engage after an initial "not now."
• Write in a human and clear way, understand the company's and client's tone of voice.
• Be systematic: record agreements, next steps, and maintain context.
• Quickly get up to speed on the business, company context, and market.

• Probationary period of 3 months.
• Full-time, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Moscow time.
• Remote work, but we have co-working spaces in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and an office in Yekaterinburg.
• Salary consists of a base salary and bonuses. The base salary is discussed individually during the interview, depending on the candidate's experience.
