ElVION MARKETING AGENCY - FZCO is an international digital marketing company registered in Dubai. We specialize in advertising and lead generation for the real estate market: we help agencies and developers get quality leads, build sales funnels, and increase conversion from advertising to deals.

We are currently looking for a talented Sales / Project Manager to join our team – someone who loves to communicate, knows how to sell, learns quickly, and wants to develop in international business.

Experience specifically in real estate or advertising is not required. If you have strong communication skills, a desire to earn, and are ready to understand our product – we will teach you everything else.

What you will do

• Communicate with potential clients: real estate agencies, developers, brokers, and business owners.
• Qualify incoming leads: understand who the client is, what their task, budget, and market are, and how we can be helpful.
• Search for new clients through open sources, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct meetings and calls, present our services, explain how advertising and lead generation work.
• Close clients for sales and help them get started with us.
• Manage the client after payment together with the team: be in touch, assist with communication, manage expectations, and bring the project to a successful result.
• Work for the long term: renew clients, make upselling, and develop relationships.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• can easily and confidently communicate with people;
• is not afraid to write first and initiate contact;
• can listen to the client and ask the right questions;
• is ready to learn about marketing, advertising, and real estate;
• can be responsible: if you agreed – you did it;
• wants to grow in sales, not just “sit on incoming leads”.

Experience in B2B sales, advertising, real estate, digital, or marketing will be a plus, but is not mandatory.

It would be great if you

— understand what leads, applications, sales funnels, and advertising budgets are; — have worked with foreign markets or are interested in it; — know English at least at a basic level; — learn quickly and don't wait to be spoon-fed.
