B2B Sales Manager / Account Manager

We are currently looking for an Account Manager / Sales Manager who can not just "manage clients" but build partnerships, sell, and develop projects.

What you will be doing:

• Working with a client base that the outreach department will populate for you;
• Contacting decision-makers (LPR) through calls, messages, and other communication channels;
• Qualifying interest and identifying client needs;
• Scheduling meetings for the Senior Account Manager;
• Reactivating "dormant" leads and bringing them back into dialogue;
• Communicating with clients until the handover for a meeting;
• Recording work results in CRM;
• Participating in improving scripts, approaches, and hypotheses to increase conversion to scheduled meetings.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understanding their tasks, and influencing results through quality communication.

What is important to us:

• B2B account management / sales experience of 2+ years in marketing
• Presentation, proposal packaging, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM (Bitrix24 is desirable)
• Ability to work for results, not just "maintain contact"
• Mature attitude: organization, responsibility, team involvement
• Will be a plus: English language proficiency for communication and correspondence
