We are currently looking for a responsible and proactive Senior Sales Manager!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Forming and implementing a strategy for attracting large and strategically important clients
- Analyzing industries, key players, and market trends to identify promising growth areas
- Developing individual strategies for reaching key decision-makers (LPRs)
- Conducting complex multi-stage negotiations, including interaction with internal committees, and legal and financial departments of clients
- Developing and implementing approaches to managing large deals: methodologies, sales scenarios, evaluation models
- Initiating improvements for effective work with the large client segment
- Mentoring and training managers on methods for handling large deals, negotiations, and strategic client analysis
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing in a relevant company or agency
- Successful experience in closing large B2B deals and managing the full sales cycle, including working with key decision-makers (LPRs) and navigating multi-level approvals
- Experience in preparing customized commercial proposals
- Proficiency in complex sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic financial calculations for clients: value, economics, ROI
- Skills in conducting strategic negotiations, managing long sales cycles, and developing customized strategies for reaching large clients
- Strategic and systematic thinking, strong communication skills
- Higher education in management, economics, marketing, or related fields
