ADDU is an internet marketing agency. For 16+ years, we've been creating websites, providing technical support, SEO, GEO, and advertising services — for everyone from small businesses to the public sector. We are building a sales department and looking for a strong manager to join it.

What you need to do: 🔹 Sell agency services: websites, tech support, SEO, advertising, and additional services 🔹 Work with warm leads passed on, and close deals to payment 🔹 Convert one-time services into monthly retainers 🔹 Have calls: first, understand the client's task, then offer solutions (no "off-the-shelf" scripts) 🔹 If lead flow slows down – don't idle: work with the current database, upsell, and re-engage old clients 🔹 Prepare proposals based on set tariffs and audits using AI, manage clients in Bitrix24

You're a good fit if: 🔹 You have 1+ year of experience in a Web/Digital agency 🔹 You have 1+ year of experience in B2B service sales via phone/video, with a deal cycle of a week or more 🔹 You know how to ask questions and guide the client, rather than pressure them 🔹 You live and breathe CRM systematically — because it's convenient for you, not "when forced" 🔹 You confidently use AI (ChatGPT, Claude) — we use them to prepare materials 🔹 A plus — experience in cold outreach / working with a database: so you can find work for yourself during lulls

What we offer: 🔹 Fixed salary + % of sales + bonuses for meeting targets.
