We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join a fast-growing FinTech product team in Cyprus.

This role is focused on backend-heavy testing, payment systems, and end-to-end quality ownership across critical financial flows.

🔧 Requirements 3+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience Strong FinTech domain experience (must) Solid API testing skills (Postman, Swagger) Experience with log analysis tools (Grafana, Kibana) Strong understanding of STLC and QA processes Experience with test documentation and QA reporting ➕ Nice to have Experience with payment systems gRPC and event-driven architecture testing Product mindset and ownership approach 🧪 Responsibilities Functional, regression, and exploratory testing End-to-end testing of payment provider integrations Maintain and improve QA documentation Work closely with Engineering & Product teams Investigate complex issues and support release quality Own testing activities for features and releases 🧩 What you’ll work on Core payment system flows API key lifecycle and onboarding processes Internal/external MID logic QA process improvements and test ownership 🎁 What we offer €4000 net salary Relocation support to Cyprus (documents, flights, accommodation) High-impact FinTech product Strong ownership culture (holacratic environment) Clear growth path to Product Manager Fast-paced, collaborative team
