🔹Candidate Requirements:** 1. Experience as a Team Lead for at least 6 months / Senior Manager FB farm for at least 12 months. Total experience in the farm department from 1 year. 2. Good understanding of the full cycle of preparation and life of a Facebook account. 3. Confident work with BM, ad accounts, anti-detect browsers, proxies, and consumables. 4. Understanding of the reasons for bans, checks, and account issues.

🔹What you will do: 1. Lead a team of farmers: set tasks, distribute workload, train, and monitor results. 2. Organize the full cycle of Facebook account preparation — from purchasing consumables and warming up to handing over ready-made setups to buyers. 3. Monitor the quality of accounts, proxies, and other resources, ensure the availability of everything necessary for the stable operation of the department. 4. Analyze bans, checks, and other account issues, test new approaches, and improve farming processes. 5. Maintain reporting on team performance, accounts, consumables, and results. 6. Interact with buyers, tech specialists, and management, as well as scale the farm to support volume growth.
