✏️ I'm hiring a Product Designer for my team at Qonto!

Scope and challenges are thrilling. I'm looking for someone to design for some of the most sensitive journeys across Qonto's customer lifecycle, shaped by regulation and rarely easy. Our job is to make them crystal clear, fair and human.

Things we really care about:

• You unpack the problem before you start chatting with Claude or open Figma. "Why?" comes before "How?"
• You own your work end to end, from discovery to what actually ships (and after)
• Craft matters to you, down to the edge cases nobody asked about
• You build trust with stakeholders, and aren't afraid to challenge back hot challenges

Based in Paris, Berlin, Barcelona or Milan (hybrid). English fluency is a must, and other European languages are a bonus.
