Position: Game Producer /Product manager/Product owner with experience in mobile gaming (casual/hybrid casual games) and must have experience on projects with hybrid monetization (advertising+in-app). Portfolio should include successful projects from scratch and/or product transformation: ability to turn around low metrics to high ones, achieve significant revenue and metric growth.
Client: international mobile company, creating high-performing mobile applications and games for 3 main platforms since 2019: iOS, Android, Amazon Appstore. Team of 50+ people, product-oriented approach, fast iterations, a lot of work with monetization and web funnels.

Requirements: ◾ 5+ years of experience as a Product manager / Product owner / Game Producer in mobile casual/hybrid casual games; ◾ Experience launching projects with hybrid monetization: advertising + in-game purchases/subscriptions; ◾ Deep understanding of game economy, balance, and monetization systems, practical experience in building difficulty curves; ◾ Ability to create and develop products from scratch and understanding of how product decisions affect monetization and revenue; ◾ Experience in improving or bringing a project to positive economics; ◾ Real contribution to product and metric improvement (LTV, Retention, DAU/MAU, etc.) ◾ Systematic experience in conducting A/B tests and working with analytical systems; ◾ Understanding of key product metrics and financial aspects, as well as how to use them for performance analysis and decision-making.
Tasks: ◾ Manage a portfolio of mobile casual games on iOS and Android: plan development, set key goals, control the development process, and ensure product metric growth. ◾ Identify product growth points, analyze key metrics (LTV, Retention, DAU/MAU), and implement changes that increase monetization, retention, and ROI. ◾ Conduct A/B tests and evaluate their effectiveness for the product. ◾ Adapt the product to player and market needs, considering economic efficiency and business value. ◾ Interact with development, analytics, and user acquisition teams. ◾ Create and scale game products from scratch, including core loop, meta, and in-game economy. ◾ Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, specifications, and documentation for development and analytics teams, as well as generate reports and roadmaps. ◾ Explore new growth opportunities and monetization strategies.
