ArtDock team is expanding! We are looking for a strong Unity C# Developer (PC/Console) to develop and scale our game projects. We create real games, set ambitious goals, and are looking for a cool engineer and like-minded person to join our team.

📌 Main Requirement: Cypriot passport or valid residence permit (with the right to work).

What you will be doing:

Developing the core and gameplay systems of a multiplayer game on Unity 3D (PC / Consoles).

Optimizing performance, memory management, and network code.

Integrating and configuring platform services.

What we expect from you:

Over 5 years of experience in a similar GameDev position and deep hard skills (C#, Unity).

Portfolio with at least 1 large multiplayer game (hyper-casual and trash projects are not considered).

The working language in the studio is Russian, but English is required at a confident correspondence level (without a translator).

Will be a huge plus (your specialization):

🎮 Experience porting projects to consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch).

🌐 Experience with p2p multiplayer (Netcode for GameObjects) or other network solutions (Photon, FishNet, Mirror, etc.).

Conditions:

Format: Office in Cyprus only (Full-time).

Employment: Official.

Salary: Above market, discussed individually (we are ready to consider your expectations and experience).
