🚀 AI-Native Engineer — Trading Platform for Active Traders
A project: a new trading platform, beta already launched, now in the phase of rapid product upgrades.
Format: remote · EET timezone · location strictly outside the Russian Federation
Stack: React / Node.js / TypeScript / AI Agents
Responsibilities:
- product architecture — from scratch and on a growing system;
- trading interface and real-time market data;
- trading flows, wallets, blockchain integrations;
- referral and reward systems;
- internal admin tools and analytics;
- automation of development itself — testing, debugging, code review, documentation;
- building an AI-native engineering environment for the entire team.
Technical foundation required:
- Frontend — React, TypeScript, modern stack without "but we're used to it this way".
- Backend — Node.js, TypeScript, API/WebSocket, real-time systems, databases and integrations.
- Web3 — from 1 year of practical experience.
Who we are looking for:
- ability to work without detailed technical specifications and make independent decisions;
- ability to make and explain technical choices;
- active use of Claude Code / Codex / Cursor and similar AI coding tools;
- ability to build your own AI agents and multi-agent workflows for development;
- readiness to deeply understand the product, not just complete tasks.
An added plus if you already have experience with: autonomous coding agents, agent orchestration, automated QA, AI-assisted architecture, AI code review, internal developer agents, custom development pipelines on top of LLM.
