We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong operational mindset to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives, streamlining reporting processes, and scaling AI-driven automation across the organization.

You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, removing bottlenecks across teams, and taking ownership of recurring processes that keep the business running smoothly. By leveraging data and AI tools, you will contribute to initiatives aimed at improving team efficiency, transparency, and decision-making speed.

What You'll Do

• Own and continuously improve the cadence of internal reporting: bi-weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All Hands, and Board materials — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness;
• Support the implementation and scaling of AI-powered automations to streamline reporting and other recurring operational processes; identify new areas where automation can reduce manual work;
• Drive cross-functional processes and experiments: rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding of new team members, and identification of bottlenecks in cross-team workflows;
