at Alex Neustart Agency. Remote.

ABOUT US: Looking for an assistant for the team. The most important thing upfront: I'm looking for someone with a brain, taste, and a desire to delve into marketing. I will teach everything technical myself — I'll provide instructions, templates, access, and show you the processes. It's more important to me that you want to do a good job, rather than that you already know everything.

TASKS: • Assist with content: editing Reels using AI, selecting music and design. • Work with texts: posts, editing, ChatGPT is already trained for me. • Prepare webinars and presentations, negotiate with people. • Research and test new services and AI tools, come back with a short report. • Other marketing and launch tasks as you grow.

REQUIREMENTS: • With a sense of taste and visual awareness. • Not afraid of AI and quickly learns new things. • Able to think, not just follow instructions. • Has a feel for text and the Russian language. • Wants to develop in marketing. • Responsible and proactive.

What is NOT required: • To be a professional editor, copywriter, or marketer and to know all the services. I will teach you everything. Teaching someone to think and see beauty is harder, which is why it's more important.

CONDITIONS: • Fully remote, can be combined with other work. • No toxicity, adequate feedback and support. • Real training: I show you the processes, you improve your marketing skills every day. • Career and financial growth through expanding tasks and initiative. • We don't just work — once a year we have a corporate event in different cities, and it's really cool. • Clear tasks, access, templates, trained ChatGPT — everything is ready for you to jump in without any hassle.

Format: • Workload: initially a few hours a day, we'll discuss further. • Payment: individually based on your level and availability. • Communication: Telegram + occasional calls.

CONTACTS: Write "I want to join the team", attach your portfolio and briefly: why this is interesting to you, what you can do, what tools you have tried.
