What you will be doing:
Creating engaging motion creatives for advertising that capture attention in the first few seconds.
Editing short videos based on provided material (mainly using Veed or CapCut — fast and user-friendly tools).
Developing static advertising creatives — equally bold and effective.
Working with the design system, participating in its development, and seeking interesting solutions.
Participating in idea generation, making balanced and well-reasoned decisions.
Interacting with an international team in English (reading technical specifications, communicating in writing regarding tasks when necessary).
What we expect from you:
A portfolio with high-quality and aesthetically pleasing projects.
At least 2 years of experience in design.
Proficient in graphic editors (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Midjourney).
English language proficiency level B1.
Understanding how design works in marketing and helps solve specific business problems.
Ability to ask clients clarifying questions, find suitable visual concepts, and defend your decisions with strong arguments.
Knowledge of After Effects for creating simple animations.
Will be a plus (but not required):
Skills in working with neural networks.
Interview stages:
Interview with HR.
Test assignment.
Professional skills interview with the Head of Design.
