Motion Designer (Esti)
We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join the Esti team. Esti is an all-in-one inspiring solution that turns smartphone shots into professional content for a consistent aesthetic across social media.
Responsibilities
- Creation of video ad creatives based on specifications;
- Generation of AI footage using services like Higgsfield, Krea, Midjourney, etc;
- Processing footage according to specifications and current social media content trends;
- Color grading;
- Archiving assets and finished projects;
- Resizing of ad creatives for different platforms;
- Localization of advertising materials;
- Participation in brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
- Strong command of After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma;
- Experience with and understanding of AI tools (Midjourney, Kling, Krea, Runway, GPT, etc.);
- Strong visual taste and sense of aesthetics when selecting or generating photo/video assets;
- Solid typography and font pairing skills;
- Ability to capture attention through visuals and clearly communicate the essence of the advertised product;
- Basic skills in music and sound design for video editing;
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong skills in finding, analyzing, and applying references in creative production.
