We are looking for a Motion Designer to join the Content team, which creates and develops content within the Instories and Vids apps — templates, AI tools, effects, and creative solutions for users' visual content. We explore new directions, test hypotheses, and improve user experience based on analytics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating new content for the Instories app library;
- Generating images and videos using modern AI tools;
- Developing concepts for new templates, effects, and AI features;
- Researching trends in design, AI, and social media;
- Iterating on existing content based on analytics and user feedback;
- Collaborating with designers, the product team, and developers when launching new features;
- Participating in experiments and exploring new content directions;
- Solving internal company tasks related to graphic design.
What's important to us:
- A relevant portfolio;
- Interest in multitasking development and working with motion, graphic design, and AI areas;
- Advanced skills in video editors (After Effects);
- Skills in working with AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Kling, Seedance, or similar);
- Good visual taste, a well-developed eye for aesthetics, and an understanding of modern trends in design and social media;
- Ability to create commercially successful content, focusing on user needs;
- Capacity to handle a large volume of tasks and meet deadlines;
- Proactiveness, independence, and a desire to experiment.
It will be a plus:
- Skills in working with Figma;
- Experience in the niche of mobile photo/video editors;
- Experience in analyzing product metrics and making data-driven decisions.
