We are looking for a Motion Design Lead for the Product direction within the Content Team. The team is responsible for content libraries in Instories and Vids — templates and other content units that help millions of users quickly create high-quality videos, stories, and other visual content.

Your responsibilities will include: ◎ Leading the motion design direction and a team of designers, building a strong culture of quality, feedback, and professional growth; ◎ Independently creating key motion solutions and setting a high standard for the entire team; ◎ Developing Reels, video templates, and other short-form motion formats for Instories and Vids; ◎ Transforming trends into motion relevant to the product and audience, not just following the market; ◎ Building an effective production process and being responsible for consistent quality and timely releases; ◎ Making decisions based on content, data, and feedback from users and the team; ◎ Implementing new technologies and AI tools to make production faster, smarter, and higher quality.

What is important to us: ◎ Very good command of After Effects is mandatory; ◎ Relevant portfolio; ◎ Strong understanding of composition, typography, rhythm, timing, and animation principles; ◎ Experience in creating modern social / digital content — preferably short vertical videos, Reels, Stories, or similar formats; ◎ Experience in leading or mentoring designers: the ability to provide clear feedback and improve the team's work quality; ◎ Ability to make design decisions independently and not wait for detailed technical specifications for every task; ◎ Visual awareness and interest in modern visual language, trends, and new formats; ◎ Ability to balance design quality with product requirements, deadlines, and scalable production; ◎ Experience with AI tools for image/video generation and an interest in their application in motion production for automation will be a big plus.
