We are focused on the global market, with an emphasis on the USA, and strive to create innovative solutions using modern technologies. Now, we are expanding our operational department.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Motion Designer to strengthen our creative marketing team. If you don't just "move layers" but understand how to capture a user's attention in the first 2 seconds, and actively use neural networks in your work – we are waiting for you!
What you will be doing:
- Creating advertising content: From simple 2D animations to complex videos with 3D elements.
- Designing with AI: Generating photos, videos, and voiceovers through neural networks to create UGC content and captivating "hooks".
- Participating in the creative process: We value ideas. You will work closely with marketers, developing concepts during brainstorming sessions.
- Localizing creatives: Adapting graphics and text for different markets and languages (always pay attention to details).
What we expect from you:
- Proficient After Effects: Knowledge of expressions, tracking, keying, and rigging. Ability to work with Graph Editor and popular plugins (Mocha Pro, Red Giant, Saber).
- Design Fundamentals: Understanding the principles of timing, composition, and rhythm.
- AI-friendly: You already use neural networks in your work and know how to craft effective prompts.
- Portfolio: Be sure to attach a link to your best works.
Will be a huge plus:
- Experience in advertising agencies or production studios.
- Proficiency in Figma, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Skills in Cinema 4D + Arnold Render.
- High level of visual awareness and understanding of motion design trends for 2024-2025.
