Requirements: Looking for not a classic product manager, but a technical specialist who grew into a product manager. Commercial development 3+ years (Unity/C# is ideal, but any stack will do). PM/PO experience from 2 years. Able to read others' code, understand architecture and technical debt. Decompose complex systems into manageable parts. Write clear acceptance criteria. Worked with dev + art + design (+ AI/ML: LLM, STT, RAG is a plus). Bonus points for: Unity, VR/AR. SOLID, design patterns. CI/CD, Git flow. Multimedia / museum projects.

Responsibilities:

• Own the vision: what, why, in what order, with what compromises.
• Prioritize the backlog with the COO and client.
• Make architectural decisions with the team (approach selection, decomposition, trade-offs).
• Participate in code reviews of key modules as a technical filter.
• Write clear requirements: PRD, acceptance criteria, definition of done.
• Manage scope: cut the unnecessary, say "NO".
• Coordinate Unity, front-end, back-end, design.
