UNITY DEVELOPER | MOBILE GAMES
We are a young studio that creates mobile games of various genres and scales: from open-world action and racing to hypercasual projects.
Our development is built around AI tools. Codex, Claude Code, and other AI agents are the foundation of our daily work: we use them to design systems, write and refactor code, debug, and quickly build prototypes. Therefore, we are looking for a developer who already works this way or is ready to completely rebuild the process around this approach.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Participating in the full development cycle of game mechanics and systems, from idea to implementation.
- Participating in building the architecture of projects of various scales, from quick hypercasual prototypes to large open-world games.
- Using AI tools (Codex, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate development.
- Working in a team with artists, game designers, and other developers.
- Debugging, profiling, and optimizing projects for mobile platforms (iOS / Android).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in game development with AI tools (Codex / Claude Code or similar). You need to know how to integrate them into your daily workflow.
- Commercial experience in Unity development.
- Proficient in C#.
- Deep understanding of OOP, architectural patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
- Ability to independently set tasks and bring them to completion.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience releasing commercial projects on mobile platforms.
- Experience in hypercasual projects: rapid prototyping, working with metrics.
- Experience in optimization and profiling for mobile devices.
- Experience with CI/CD and build automation.
- English at the level of reading technical documentation.
