👋 Hello! Today I have a vacancy for you 🔥 Business Analyst with 1+ year of experience 🔥 for our Normativka.by project. 📍 Minsk, office (hybrid)

For 15 years, we have been creating the smart information and legal system Normativka.by. Every day it helps lawyers, accountants, and managers make the right decisions. We update data several times a day, are constantly growing, and are now looking for a Business Analyst with 1+ year of experience to strengthen our team.

🧩 What you will do: • Develop the service ecosystem: study the regulatory environment and adapt the product to real user needs. • Analyze the market: monitor competitors, conduct benchmarking, and find new growth points. • Generate ideas: design new features and make the system even more convenient and modern. • Manage requirements: gather and structure requests, write clear technical specifications for development. • Lead projects: fully accompany modules from idea to release, closely communicating with developers, designers, and stakeholders.

🤝 We will work well together if you: • Already have 1+ year of experience in business or product analysis. • Confidently apply Use Cases, User Stories in practice and build BPMN/UML diagrams. • Possess systemic thinking, love order, and easily tackle complex documents. • Know how software development works from the inside (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall). • Can argue your decisions and negotiate with the team.

⭐ It would be great if you have experience in RegTech / LegalTech / FinTech or skills in working with Figma.
