Game Product Designer**

📍Company: NDA (iGaming) 📍Work Format: full-time / remote 💵Salary Level: based on interview results (up to $3500)

We are an international team creating igaming games. We are looking for a Game Product Designer who will be responsible for the game direction and visual design of our games. This is a hands-on design role requiring active work. We need someone who not only understands igaming games but can also independently create game interfaces, screens, and concepts.

📌Responsibilities: • Designing game interfaces in Figma; • Developing the visual concept and art style of the game; • Full development of the entire user scenario; • Participating in the selection of the next game/mechanic for development; • Preparing technical specifications for artists and animators, transferring assets to development; • Quality control of graphics, animations, and sound within projects; • Collaborating with developers, testing game prototypes.

You will have a small team of specialists working on games:

1. Artist
2. Animator
3. Motion Designer The team may expand over time.

📌What we expect from you: • Mandatory experience in iGaming; • Understanding of slot and fast game mechanics; • Understanding of basic principles of game mathematics and player psychology; • Proficient in Figma; • Excellent sense of visual style and composition; • Understanding of the game interface development pipeline; • Experience collaborating with developers; • Understanding of how game assets and animations are created; • Basic familiarity with animation tools (e.g., Spine / Lottie).

➕Will be an advantage: • Experience developing slot or fast games from scratch; • Background as a digital artist; • Experience working with artists and animators; • Experience creating marketing creatives for games; • Understanding of game metrics and player retention; • Passion for the gaming industry.
