I dropped out of university and sold my apartment to build the next unicorn from Kazakhstan. Two years later – "Startup of the Year 2026" in Central Asia, 300+ B2B clients, investor trust including Oscar Hartmann, acceleration at Stanford. And this is just the beginning.
This is not a corporate position with a 9-to-6, five-day work week. It’s a position for someone with global product ambitions, who follows AI trends and wants to build a product that changes how businesses operate. We need someone for whom product creation is not a process, but a part of creative realization. For whom customer development is a continuous background process, not a one-off event. Someone who builds cohort analytics themselves, tests hypotheses with data, calculates unit economics not because they were asked, but because otherwise it's unclear what to build. Someone who can stand before the team and explain: this feature moves retention by X% – let's do it, not that one.
Experience outside the CIS or in B2B SaaS is a plus. Conversational AI products are a big plus. And experience in a startup with limited resources where speed is key is exactly what we need.
