What you will do:
- Develop the product's UI/UX and design new features.
- Work with the design system, tokens, and components.
- Rapidly prototype and test hypotheses using AI.
- Conduct research and communicate with users.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering.
- Influence product decisions, not just execute tasks
What is important:
- 3โ6 years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio with cases and results (ON THE WEBSITE ONLY)
- Proficient Figma: components, Auto Layout, Variables, Design Systems
- Practical experience with Cursor / Claude / Lovable / Base44 or similar AI tools
- Understanding of product metrics: MAU, DAU, NPS, Retention, Conversion.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty
- Good balance of UX + UI
Will be a plus:
- Experience with AI products.
- Node-based interfaces.
- Graphic design / motion / 3D.
- Experience creating design systems from scratch.
- Understanding of frontend / HTML / GitHub
