What you will do:
- organize meetings and processes, work with the team and contractors;
- control deadlines and agreements;
- gather research, prepare documents and presentations;
- assist with launches and special projects;
- maximize the use of AI and automate everything that can be automated.
Today — organize an event. Tomorrow — research the market. In an hour — prepare for an important meeting.
What is important in a candidate:
- a very independent, fast, and systematic person — not the format of "what to do next?", but "I figured it out, here are the options, I recommend launching this one today";
- AI as a daily work tool: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and other services;
- readiness to gradually take over a significant part of the founder's operations and bring goals to completion.
