About the Company 🚀

A product team in the DeFi and algorithmic trading space. The platform helps businesses earn on unused capital in stablecoins: increased returns, full transparency, withdrawal at any time. At its core are proprietary trading strategies based on reinforcement learning and 24/7 capital reallocation.

This is not the team's first product: the previous protocol was in the top 100 DeFi, attracted venture investments from the USA, and was profitable from the start. The team has 15 people; the quant department is growing to about 5. There is no strong hierarchy – you work directly with the founder.

Who We're Looking For 🔍

A Quantitative Researcher who can handle the full research cycle independently: from hypothesis and data to backtest, validation, and production results.

What You'll Be Doing ⚡

The key task is developing strategies that increase the protocol's profitability. There is one KPI: how much the strategy contributes and whether it is launched in production.

• Quantitative research and development of trading strategies for DeFi and crypto markets
• SL and RL models for market making and position management
• Delta-neutral hedging and risk management
• Backtesting and simulation environments on crypto data (order book, trades)
• Improving algorithms based on real execution results

What's Important ✅

• Quantitative Researcher experience of 2+ years; understanding of markets, time series, and strategy development. The tool is not important – not just crypto.
• Supervised Learning and Reinforcement Learning, statistical analysis, model optimization
• Proficient Python; PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, CatBoost, XGBoost, Optuna
• Higher education: finance, mathematics, IT, statistics
• We communicate in Russian within the team; English is for reading documentation.

Will Be a Plus ➕

• Trading, market making, low-latency crypto
• Working with order books and trades
• Real PnL from strategies, not just prototypes
• Experience in quant funds, HFT, prop trading, or bank quant teams
• Active use of AI tools.
