Format: full remote outside of the Russian Federation (the team is distributed worldwide from Australia to Argentina). Salary: market rate, negotiable. Schedule: 5/2, full-time. Flexible start. Results-oriented, not hours-oriented. Working hours are tied to Central European Time (CET).

The company has been successfully operating in the B2B market for over 6 years. Products include a liquidity provider, an exchange, and a payment service. To further accelerate product development, we are looking for an experienced GO developer for our back-office team (non-trading team). You will be solving tasks related to reporting, reconciliations, integrations, etc., within a team of experienced senior specialists.

The team consists mainly of senior specialists — independent professionals focused on results and problem-solving, rather than formal task execution within working hours. All employees are registered as full-time contractors (invoice), yet we consider them an integral part of the team. The onboarding process is well-established, and regular feedback is collected. However, we are looking for a specialist capable of working autonomously and not requiring constant operational support. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Go Developer for the non-trading team to develop and systematize the back-office operations. The area of responsibility includes tasks related to reporting, reconciliations, integrations, and associated internal infrastructure. The non-trading team is responsible for everything not directly related to the trading platform. Currently, the back-office backend block is handled by two engineers; we plan to strengthen it with a third specialist. The team operates under the management of a Product Owner and participates in regular daily syncs. This position focuses on structuring and optimizing existing processes, increasing the transparency and manageability of internal systems. This is a role for a specialist who is ready to systematically bring order to a critically important but "invisible" part of the product for end-users. Candidates solely focused on launching new products "from scratch" may find this position less interesting.
