Format: full remote outside of Russia (team is distributed globally from Australia to Argentina). Salary: market rate, negotiable Schedule: 5/2, full-time. Flexible start. Focus on results, not hours. Working hours are tied to Central European Time (CET).

The company has been successfully operating in the b2b market for over 6 years. Products include a liquidity provider, an exchange, and a payment service. To further accelerate product development, we are looking for an experienced GO developer to join our back-office team (non-trading team). You will be solving tasks related to reporting, reconciliation, integrations, etc., within a team of experienced senior specialists.

The team consists mainly of senior specialists — independent professionals focused on results and problem-solving, rather than formal task completion within working hours. All employees are hired as full-time contractors (invoice) but are considered a full part of the team. The onboarding process is established, and regular feedback is collected; however, we are looking for a specialist who can work autonomously and does not require constant operational support. We are currently seeking a Senior Go developer for the non-trading team to develop and systematize the back-office area. Responsibilities include tasks related to reporting, reconciliation, integrations, and supporting internal infrastructure. The non-trading team is responsible for everything not directly related to the trading platform. Currently, the back-office backend block is managed by two engineers; we plan to strengthen it with a third specialist. The team operates under the guidance of a Product Owner and participates in regular daily sync-ups. This position involves a focus on structuring and optimizing existing processes, increasing the transparency and manageability of internal systems. This is a role for a specialist who is ready to systematically bring order to a critical but “invisible” part of the product for end-users. Candidates solely focused on launching new products “from scratch” may find this position less interesting.
