SberCIB Terminal is the flagship B2B web platform of Sberbank's corporate investment business, which has effectively replaced Western trading terminals for Russian companies and banks. It is a universal "single window" for corporate clients and financial institutions, providing direct online access to the tools of the currency, money, and commodity markets.
The FX Products team develops a modern, multifunctional system that ensures a complete cycle of working with financial instruments: from price formation and order acceptance to execution, accounting, and risk protection. This is a key subsystem of the eFX platform, designed to organize and automate client pricing, transaction execution, and risk management in financial markets.
Our team develops high-speed, scalable, and adaptive IT solutions. We create pricing algorithms based on mathematical models that process huge streams of market data in real-time. Our systems have extreme requirements for reliability, security, and speed (low-latency).
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- interact with the business department: gather and analyze requirements, develop functional requirements, prepare and conduct presentations for users and customers
- work closely with developers and testers: clarify functional requirements, agree on detailed development requirements, participate in the preparation of test scenarios, perform business testing of the developed functionality, monitor task progress in the tracker within your area of responsibility
- interact with other teams and departments to synchronize when implementing related tasks
- collaborate with a designer on the application's user interface
- prepare reports for customers, conduct functional demonstrations for customers.
We expect you to have:
- higher technical or economic education
- at least 3 years of experience as a system analyst
- experience in gathering customer requirements and developing documents for them: description of functional requirements, development of system requirements
- use of domain and business process modeling tools: UML, eEPC, BPMN
- understanding of requirement decomposition methods into tasks using Atlassian Jira
- experience describing integrations: HTTP, REST, Kafka
- experience working with databases: data structure analysis, writing simple SQL queries
- understanding of the specifics of currency market products and derivative financial instruments.
Will be a plus:
- experience working with trading platforms, desks
- experience working with the FIX financial protocol
- understanding of the principles of building information systems and web application architecture
- user interface design experience
- proficiency in AI tools for analysis, generation, and automation.
