User Acquisition Lead

It's an international educational marketplace, 500k+ students. They make online courses on physical health, movement and mental wellbeing for the US, UK and Europe.

The first task: develop TikTok as an acquisition channel and make it profitable. The role grows into scaling other channels and building the team, with room to move up to CMO. You can hire agencies, good if you are already have one.

Required:

• You've launched TikTok from scratch and made it profitable
• You've owned acquisition results and economics as a Lead or Head of UA, or as a hands-on performance specialist (b2c, platforms, web2web, apps are okay too)
• You've managed $10k+/day across Meta, Google/YouTube and TikTok in international markets.
