We are now growing in the markets of Latin America, Indonesia, and Malaysia — and are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to join our marketing team, who will scale sales and leads through cool advertising campaigns and strong creatives. The specific market will be determined at the interview — based on your experience.
What you will do
- Scale the number of leads and sales through advertising on Facebook and TikTok in the markets of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Latin America
- Effectively manage an advertising budget of $20k+ per month
- Maintain a continuous process for creating creatives — scripts, ideas, references
- Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns, timely disable ineffective and burnt-out campaigns
- A/B test landing pages, funnels, creatives, settings — constantly generate new hypotheses
- Test hypotheses for improving the quality of traffic in Facebook advertising campaigns
What experience we are looking for
- Understand Facebook Ads account settings from A to Z
- Know how pixels and offline events work and are installed
- Understand the principles of auction operation
- Have relevant experience in managing Facebook ads in international markets or in the children's ed-tech sector for more than a year
- Actively use AI tools in your work — for creating creatives, writing scripts, analyzing data, and accelerating routine tasks. This is not an option, but part of our work culture
- Understand unit economics, work within strict KPIs
- Correctly read analytics and draw conclusions on launched hypotheses based on numbers
- Methodically test hypotheses and improve business metrics
- Ability to independently solve problems and act in situations of uncertainty
- English B2 level
- Location — any country except the Russian Federation. Due to tightened Meta policies, we do not work with Russian advertising accounts — this leads to blocks
Will be a plus
- Experience with video and banners from idea to finished content
- Knowledge of Spanish (for LatAm)
